Summary

Denise has been one of those fortunate people to have been able to turn an abiding love affair with food into a living! She has spent the past 15yrs as a Home Economist, Cookery Presenter and Food Stylist, building up a wealth of experience.

Having run a cookery theatre for eight years, she now concentrates on her freelance work. Her skillset includes presenting and demonstrating recipes to diverse audience groups, writing and testing recipes and using her flair and creativity on food styling projects.

She was a finalist in Gordon Ramsay’s search to find the new Fanny Cradock for his F Word programme on Channel Four in 2007 and since that fateful evening cooking for Gordon on air, she has made numerous TV and Radio appearances including her regular spot on BBC Radio Derby.

She is as happy in front of the camera as behind it and has worked as a Home Economist for shopping channel projects as well as being a Model and Presenter. As a Home Ec. she works regularly with many of the country’s top chefs such as James Martin, Michael Caines and Rosemary Shrager along with other clients such as Denby, BBC Radio Derby, Bako, Aldi Taste Kitchen (Stop Motion & Commercials.)
