Summary

Following studying for a fine art degree, with a desire to travel and a passion for cooking, I fell into the fun and challenging life as a tour caterer. Cooking for top bands and artists around the world, including Coldplay, Leonard Cohen and The Eagles. After 15 years ‘on the road’ I decided to concentrate on work closer to home. 

The combination of my experience in the catering industry and my creative background has provided a wealth of opportunities over the last 6 years including regular work as a Home Economist on Popular TV cookery shows such as Masterchef and the Great British Menu; running cookery theatres at the Ideal Home Show and The Cake and Bake Show; including setting up demonstrations for celebrity chefs; stylist for both Waitrose TV and Idents for the Food Network; assisting the ‘Queen of Couture Cakes’ Mich Turner on her cookery demonstrations around the UK, and managing the catering team of the hugely popular Strictly Come Dancing tour each year.
